PLAYER DUES

All Player Dues for the 2026 season are $250 (plus 4% transaction fee if paying by Credit/Debit card).
Online payment is requested for your 2026 Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshman Player Dues.
Any additional donations above and beyond the dues are very much appreciated!
Click the Player Dues button below to pay using our website with a Credit or Debit card.
Payments made through the website or by Credit/Debit card at Viking night will incur a 4% processing fee.
Please include the player’s name in the “Additional Information” section when paying through the website.

All students interested in trying out for the soccer teams at LHS (Boys, Girls, Freshman, JV, and Varsity) are required to go the following google forms link and register their player information on this 2026 Lakeside Vikings Soccer Tryout Form.
LHS has partnered with Final Forms to automate the management of required athletic health forms. Go to https://www.finalforms.com/ to setup your account. In the Final Forms site, you will be able to upload your completed physical and electronically sign the additional required forms.
Required forms need to be submitted on Final Forms before tryouts or ANY practice with the team
- Pre-participation sports physical NOTE: Provide a current physical performed within the last year (performed on January 3rd 2025 or later). Only the last page with doctor signature/stamp and date is necessary to upload (not all 4 pages).
- Our sponsor, Atlanta Urgent Care (2738 Clairmont Rd, Atlanta, GA 30329) provides $40 walk-in Physicals (no appointments necessary).
